WiCyS San Diego Affiliate, Cyber Speaker Series: Thrive in the AI Era: Step Forward, Not Aside

AI is reshaping careers—and with it, raising difficult questions: Is my experience still relevant? How do I keep up? Is there still a place for me? This talk invites women to meet those questions with curiosity and agency rather than self-doubt. Instead of treating the AI era as a reason to step back, explore how to build on existing strengths, develop practical AI confidence, and make intentional choices about what comes next. This is not a call to do more at any cost or to stay in a role that no longer fits. It is an invitation to shape your next chapter on your own terms, rather than letting uncertainty write it for you. Takeaways: A strengths-first career lens: Identify the expertise, judgment, and perspective you want to carry into your next chapter. Choose one concrete step toward a career you want, whether that means growing in place, pursuing leadership, or making an intentional pivot. Learn more and register HERE
